YAGSHIMURADOV’S FIGHT AGAINST POWELL AT PFL EVENT RESCHEDULED FOR AUGUST 7

The bout between Turkmen mixed martial arts fighter Dovletjan Yagshimuradov and Britain’s Simeon Powell, scheduled as part of the PFL New York event, has been rescheduled from July 31 to August 7.

The bout was due to take place at UBS Arena in Long Island, New York, USA. In the PFL light heavyweight rankings, Yagshimuradov is ranked second, while Powell is fifth.

Yagshimuradov last competed in April 2026 at PFL Belfast, defeating Tyson Pedro by unanimous decision. The Turkmen athlete has a record of 26 wins, eight losses and one draw.

Powell had his most recent fight in May 2026 at PFL Sioux Falls, defeating Emiliano Sordi by technical knockout in the third round. His record stands at 12 wins and two losses.
