MOLDOVA CELEBRATES THE 35TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE INDEPENDENCE

On August 27, 2026 the Republic of Moldova celebrates the 35th Anniversary of its Independence — a significant date that opened a new chapter in the country’s modern history.

Three and a half decades of independence have encompassed important stages in Moldova’s development, the strengthening of its international ties, and the preservation of its rich cultural heritage and national traditions.

Turkmenistan and the Republic of Moldova are bound by long-standing relations of friendship and mutual respect. The constructive dialogue established between the two countries provides a solid foundation for the further development of political, trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian ties.

On this festive occasion, the Embassy of Turkmenistan, concurrently accredited to the Republic of Moldova, congratulates the friendly people of Moldova on the 35th Anniversary of Independence and wishes the country peace, well-being and prosperity.
