The Taýçanak monument and Ahalteke atlar avenue were opened in the city of Arkadag

On April 27, 2025, as part of the celebrations dedicated to the Ahal-Teke horse holiday, which has become the national pride of our people, the opening ceremonies of the new Taýçanak monument and the reconstructed section of Ahalteke atlar avenue between the Akhan and Taýçanak monuments were held in the city of Arkadag.

The day before, the award ceremony for the winners of the International Competition "Ýylyň iň owadan ahalteke bedewi" and thematic competition among representatives of creative professions was held in the "smart" city, which emphasized the importance of the celebrations held on the occasion of the National Day of the Turkmen Horse. The events organized in this corner complemented the opening ceremonies of the "Ahalteke atlar" Avenue and the "Taýçanak" monument, which became the decoration of the city of Arkadag. The installation of sculptures of world-famous racehorses along the new avenue will be a vivid manifestation of the current generation's respect for the national values ​​created throughout history by wise ancestors. Placing information about the history and achievements of famous Ahal-Teke horses on pedestals will increase the pride and love of the younger generation for the heritage of the nation.
