More than 100 foreign delegates representing government bodies, leading energy firms, investors, and industry experts have confirmed their participation in the 30th International Conference and Exhibition, “Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan – 2025” (OGT 2025), set to take place October 22–24 in Ashgabat.

The annual exhibition, held alongside the conference, drew over 10,000 visitors from 50 countries last year and is expected to exceed those numbers this year. It will offer expanded opportunities for investment, technology showcasing, and business collaboration.

The three-day event will open Oct. 22 with a ceremonial plenary session themed “Shaping the Future of Global Energy in the International Year of Peace and Trust — Innovation, Energy Transition, and Strategic Cooperation.”

Following days will feature plenary and specialized sessions focused on infrastructure development, the Galkynysh gas field, the TAPI pipeline project, growth in the petrochemical sector, methane emissions reduction, hydrogen energy, and innovative financing methods.

Special emphasis will be placed on investments in Turkmenistan’s Caspian sector, including offshore field development, maritime logistics, and port infrastructure expansion in Turkmenbashi.

Organizers highlighted that OGT 2025 will serve as both a premier showcase for Turkmenistan’s oil and gas industry and a vital platform for fostering strategic cooperation throughout Eurasia.
