Today, Muslims around the world are entering the Holy Month of Oraza – a period of reflection, mercy, and strengthening of moral values.

In Turkmenistan, Oraza traditionally holds an important place in the country's social and spiritual life. During the fast, believers offer prayers with particular fervor, show concern for their neighbors, provide assistance to those in need, and strengthen family and community ties. The evening fast-breaking meal, iftar, brings family and friends together around a common table, creating an atmosphere of unity, mutual respect, and gratitude.

Across the country, from Ashgabat to the regions, collective prayers are held in mosques, charitable activities are intensifying, and the rich spiritual traditions of the Turkmen people are being preserved and passed down from generation to generation.

May the holy month of Oraza bring peace, prosperity, good health, peace of mind and bright hopes to every home.
