TURKMENISTAN FORMS MINISTRY OF AUTOMOBILE ROADS
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on Friday signed a decree transforming the State Agency for Management of Road Construction into the Ministry of Automobile Roads of Turkmenistan.
