THE PRESENTATION OF THE FIRST BOOK BY THE RESPECTED PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN SERDAR BERDIMUHAMEDOV TITLED “YOUTH IS THE SUPPORT OF THE MOTHERLAND” WAS HELD AT THE EMBASSY OF TURKMENISTAN IN UKRAINE

On January 23, 2024, at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Ukraine, the presentation of the first book of the deeply respected President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov entitled “Youth is the support of the Motherland” took place.

Students from Turkmenistan studying at local higher educational institutions, the Turkmen diaspora and diplomats taking part in the presentation spoke in their speeches about the role of the new book by the President of Turkmenistan in educating the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism. Also, the youth, inspired by the words from the President’s book “Youth is a powerful force of the state and the support of the holy Motherland,” expressed their readiness to live up to the expectations placed on them and to contribute with all their might to the development and prosperity of their country. Embassy diplomats, in turn, announced the main achievements of Turkmenistan in 2023 and focused on the implementation of the “The Strategy for International Cooperation of the Youth of Turkmenistan for 2023-2030”.

It was noted that the work of the head of state, dedicated to the activities and achievements of turkmen youth in the socio-economic, cultural, humanitarian and other spheres, is intended to become a reference book for the current and future generation of young Turkmen citizens.

The importance of the youth policy pursued by the President of Turkmenistan, the purpose of which is to comprehensively ensure the active participation of youth in the economic, political and cultural life of the country, was especially emphasized.

The students performed a concert program, vocally performing songs based on the words of the poem by the Hero Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov “Bagt ýoly”, which translated means “The Way of Happiness”.

At the book stand, the focus is on the book of the President of Turkmenistan “Youth is the support of the Motherland”, and also presents numerous publications written by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty Hero Arkadag, many of which have been translated into Ukrainian.
